But what makes all the difference is our stewardship of the process.
It starts at the beginning, which is why you’ll often find us at City Council meetings explaining the nuts & bolts of our solution to Council members and concerned citizens. From there, our Customer Care ranges from site preparation, to installation, to waste disposal, and lots in between. We know that achieving highest-quality drinking water requires substantial capital investment. And that’s a big deal for all communities – large and small.
We’re acutely sensitive to the financial outlays. Not surprisingly, therefore, Customer Care is a big priority for us. You probably won’t see us onsite in suits. More likely, you’ll find us in our work boots as the trench digging begins, collaborating closely with consulting engineers, and guiding the installation with an expert hand and a keen eye on the quality and safety imperatives.
