Crafting Your SB 385 Compliance Plans? Can we help?

Since SB 385 went into effect, we’ve worked with several water districts to help them complete their Compliance Plans to meet the new hexavalent chromium MCL by the January 2020 deadline.
The plan requires that water system owners demonstrate duty of care in investigating their total water system options, with costs and evidence of professional engineer assessment of best available technology.
With compliance plans due next month, we boosted our team to meet growing requests for the plan execution service. As a treatment technology and service provider, we certainly have a vested interest. But we also know it can be a very time-intensive effort for water system owners. Those we’ve helped so far have turned to us for the speed and efficiency we bring to the plan process, as well as our treatment process expertise, our network of skilled engineering consultants, our deep knowledge of the regulatory requirements, and our fluency in communicating important information to community stakeholders.
